Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI) introduces Sampark, which is accessible by customers (policy holders), intermediaries and employees of BSLI, PAN-India. All incidents, customer grievances, claims investigation shall be available in this app. The app shall enable seamless collaboration between the customers/intermediaries and the customer-facing employees.
